was born at the intersection of polar environmental extremes and advanced chemical engineering. Our mission is to engineer revolutionary detailing formulations and ceramic matrix coatings that provide absolute surface integrity, zero compromise on depth of gloss, and unmatched weather resistance for the world’s most demanding automotive enthusiasts.

Unlike third-party formulators, REVONTULI controls every milligram of chemical synthesis inside our dedicated R&D facilities.

From primary SiO2/SiN resin selection to final dual-bonded polymer synthesis, our head chemists balance PH neutrality, volatility, and molecular density to ensure zero shrinkage and absolute hardness upon curing.

Designed to endure northern ice, heavy road salts, acid rain, and thermal shock from -40°C to +120°C. REVONTULI chemical barrier technology prevents coating cracking and degradation under extreme temperature swings while creating an effortless self-cleaning hydrophobic contact angle (>115°).

True protection respects both the vehicle and the ecosystem. All REVONTULI detailing chemicals are engineered with non-corrosive, environmentally safe, and neutral compounds to eliminate paint swelling, rubber weathering, or environmental runoff contamination.

Our flagship ceramic coatings and precision chemical line are exclusively distributed and applied through a global network of vetted, highly trained detailers. We provide locked territory protections to ensure our partners thrive without internal competition.

STEP 01 // LAB SYNTHESIS
Ultra-Pure SiO₂ & SiN Precursors

We bypass off-the-shelf commercial resins. Every REVONTULI ceramic matrix starts with in-house synthesized inorganic silica (>99.8% purity) and organosilazane polymers. This molecular-level purity prevents yellowing, shrinkage, or chemical haze during the curing process.

STEP 02 // NORDIC STRESS LAB

Rigorous Thermal & Chemical Abuse

Formulation batches undergo 500+ hours of continuous salt spray testing, intense UV exposure, and rapid thermal cycling from -40°C to +120°C. If a protective barrier degrades or loses its surface hydrophobic tension (>115° contact angle) under thermal shock, it is rejected back to R&D.

STEP 03 // SURFACE BONDING
Covalent Dual-Bond Matrix

Upon application, liquid polymers self-level across clear coat micro-pores, initiating a covalent cross-linking reaction with the factory paint. Once cured, it locks into a flexible 9H ceramic shield resistant to acid rain, road salts, and aggressive pH 2–13 washing chemicals.

STEP 04 // ZERO-CONTAMINATION
Inert-Gas Sealed Dispensing

To guarantee active polymer stability prior to application, every bottle is nitrogen-purged and sealed inside a cleanroom environment. Each unit is stamped with serialized tracking codes to ensure zero cross-contamination and 100% authentic factory potency.
